This summer, visit the library to learn the basics of Tai Chi! The practice uses a series of slow, flowing, movements to improve your mind-body connection. It is often described as 'meditation in motion' due to its natural, flowing, intentional movements. There is no registration for this program; space will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
