All Queens Public Library locations will be closed on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11.
Our Mobile Library, telephone reference, and Chat with a Librarian services will also be unavailable.

The last day of public service will be Friday, November 14.
Mobile Library service will be available outside Astoria Library on Mondays from 10am to 5pm, beginning December 15.
We expect to reopen the library in Summer 2029.

Rego Park Closing Nov. 22
Rego Park Library (91-41 63 Drive) will close starting Saturday, November 22 for the construction of a new building.
The last day of public service will be Friday, November 21.
Mobile Library service will be available outside Rego Park Library on Thursdays from 10am to 5pm, beginning January 8, 2026.
We expect to reopen the library in Winter 2029-2030.
