AANHPI: Origami Craft

The art of folding (oru) paper (gami) was brought to Japan in the 6th Century. Due to how expensive paper was, it was only practiced by the exceedingly wealthy, or monks for religious ceremonies. Today, anyone can learn this ancient craft! Come learn more about the history and significance of Origami and how to fold paper into fun and beautiful shapes!
