Chair Fitness

This low-impact class will help you workout with the added stability of using a chair! This class is ideal for those who are looking for a lower impact form of exercise. Please arrive early so class can begin on time. Space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please wear clothing and shoes that you can move in.
