A Parent's Guide to Puberty and Adolescence

During this workshop, led by certified puberty and adolescence educator Bella Brocato and local menstrual equity advocate Alisa Nudar, parents and caretakers will learn how to navigate and overcome the turbulence of adolescence, and have conversations with their children about puberty. You will have the opportunity to learn and ask questions about menstruation; the transition from childhood to adulthood; the physical, emotional, and social changes that happen during puberty; and how to best support the young people in your life (and yourself) while navigating these changes.
