Join us for this four-session, on-site series taught by teaching artist Karen Fitzgerald!
The sessions will cover botanical names and examine plants common to our region, as we explore the differences between strict botanical illustration and an interpretive approach in a naturalistic style. We will also work on various skills and techniques in both drawing and watercolor to create intricate two-dimensional works.
This program is made possible by the generous support of New York State Senator John Liu.
