Bay Terrace
UPDATE March 2024: The completion of construction for the Bay Terrace Library project is expected in June 2024, after which preparation for reopening would take approximately two months. However, due to previous and proposed budget cuts to public libraries, there is a strong possibility that reopening of the branch will be delayed. We will be sure to keep you informed.
Bay Terrace is closed for a renovation project. This includes the addition of a new teen room, a new multipurpose community room with audiovisual equipment, and an accessible entrance at the side of the building.
We appreciate your patience as we continue working to make improvements to our libraries.
Mobile Library service will be provided on Thursdays from 10am to 5pm.

Court Square
Court Square Library is no longer in service. We have enjoyed serving you at this location over the past 30 years and look forward to seeing you again when we open a new location in the neighborhood. Thank you for supporting Queens Public Library.
Far Rockaway
The Far Rockaway Temporary Library Location is open with limited service.
During limited service, you will be able to:
use computers;
request, pick up, and return books and other materials;
and pick up printing requests.
Thank you for your understanding. Our staff is preparing the new Far Rockaway Library building for opening.

Hillcrest
