*Attention: Due to the library closing on Saturday, January 23rd, the Jackson Heights registration has been rescheduled to Friday, January 29th at 10:00am.

Both Forms are also available at all Queens Libraries: After January 1st for Spring classes and after July 15th for Fall classes
