Food for Life: African American Culinary Heritage

Please join us and a licensed Food for Life instructor as we explore the history of African American culinary traditions in honor of Juneteenth! These workshops are intended to inspire and empower healthy eating, and help prevent chronic diseases which disproportionately affect African Americans, by connecting you to culturally relevant recipes. Each class will have a food demonstration and handouts of easy and affordable recipes to take home and enjoy.
