This class is designed to awaken your mind, body, and senses through controlled breathing, simple meditation, and specific bodily postures. We'll learn restorative techniques to increase blood circulation, core strengthening, and body flexibility—leaving you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and aware. All you need is an exercise mat and a smile!
