This class is a form of Tai Chi called DahnMuDo, which means "The Way of Limitless Energy." Each class with be a series of slow, flowing, energy-balancing movements derived from Qigong and the martial arts, based on Tai Chi principles. In these classes, practitioners typically experience strengthening of the lower body and core muscles, improvement of balance and body awareness, and the release of back and shoulder tension. The breathwork exercises will also help deepen the breath and improve focus, and maintain a calm, clear mind and open heart. This class is accessible and beneficial for both beginner and advanced practitioners alike. This class will be first-come first-served until capacity is met.
