This class will teach a form of Tai Chi called DahnMuDo, which means "The Way of Limitless Energy." Each class will feature a series of slow, flowing, energy-balancing movements derived from Qigong and the martial arts, based on Tai Chi principles.
In these classes, you will typically experience strengthening of the lower body and core muscles, improvement of balance and body awareness, and the release of back and shoulder tension. Breathwork exercises will also help deepen your breath, improve your focus, and help you maintain a calm, clear mind and open heart.
This class is accessible and beneficial for both beginner and advanced practitioners. It will be first-come first-served until capacity is met.
