Participants can read to each other for a reduction in their library card fees. Reduce your fees by $2.00 for each thirty minutes, up to a maximum of two hours. All participants should be between 4 years and 21 years old. Registration is required at the children's reference desk. If participants do not have any library card fees, they can still participate.
