Pilates for Everybody

Pilates is a strengthening method for both the mind and body, with a focus on your trunk or core muscles. In addition to strength, Pilates also focuses on stability, flexibility, posture and breathing. This is a mat-based class - please be sure to bring one. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This program is funded by New York State Senator Toby Ann Stavisky.
