Stringed instruments have played an important role in shaping the musical traditions of Hispanic and Latin American cultures. Instruments such as the guitar, tres, guitarrón, and tiple help tell stories, celebrate traditions, and bring communities together through music. Learn about the significance of stringed instruments in Hispanic Heritage and decorate your own wooden guitar to take home! Materials will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 18 participants.
