HeartSmarts is a community health education program out of the Ronald O. Perelman Heart Institute that aims to address health disparities by empowering participants with the knowledge and tools to achieve optimal health. Topics covered include heart disease, diabetes, stroke, hypertension, stress management and plant-based nutrition.
