Adult Program, General
This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to use the breath, and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. We will move mindfully and explore the postures as we focus our attention inward. This well-balanced class will connect you with your body and your breath; modifications are provided as well as opportunities to challenge yourself. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat. Two yoga blocks and a yoga strap are optional, but quite helpful.
