Join master quilter Geraldine Hazel in creating your very own custom designed and quilted jacket made from an oversized sweatshirt. Intermediate sewing skills required. Participants must commit to attending all six sessions and have use and knowledge of their personal sewing machine. Participants should bring the following materials: 3 yards of assorted fabric; an oversized sweatshirt (2x larger that your size); 100% light or dark grey cotton thread for machine quilting; fabric and paper scissors; seam ripper; color marking pencils, 3-inch safety pins; plastic shower rings; buttons and elastic hair scrunchies.
