Climate Ready is for anyone who wants to stay more informed, like homeowners, renters, business owners, older adults, environmental advocates, and more! WORKSHOP 1: CLIMATE CHANGE AND ITS IMPACT ON YOUR HEALTH Learn about the health implications of climate change, and what you can do to reduce their impact. WORKSHOP 2: GETTING PREPARED FOR THE NEXT FLOOD, DROUGHT, OR WORSE Learn how to prepare for environmental emergencies to protect yourself and your family. WORKSHOP 3: UNDERSTANDING CITY, STATE, & FEDERAL CLIMATE LEGISLATION AND PROPOSALS Learn how climate-related laws and legislation are addressing climate change, and what you can do now to create a more climate-resilient Queens.
