ShapeUp NYC: STRONG by Zumba

Instructor Tanesha leads this fitness class where participants can increase their intensity levels of training, maximize their workout benefits, and see faster real results from their efforts. High intensity moves are interchanged with lower intensity moves throughout the entire workout. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water! Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
