Health Chat for Seniors: Heart Health

Dr. Brian Lima, Director of Heart Transplant Surgery, North Shore University Hosital will speak about the symptoms, treatments, and preventative measures you can take to reduce your risk of a heart attack. The program is presented through Naturally Occurring Retirement Community Without Walls (NORC WOW). A question-and-answer session will be part of the presentation and blood pressure screenings will be available from 1:30-1:45PM.

Moving for Life is a self-care fitness program using gentle warm-ups, light aerobics, and targeted strength in a way that is safe, fun, and enjoyable for all! Workouts can be done seated or standing. Tax Preparation Assistance

Bring a copy of your 2016 income tax return(s); Social Security card for yourself and anyone else listed on your tax return; or SSA-1099 form if you received Social Security benefits; all W-2 , 1099 forms, and other income documents for tax year 2017; unemployment compensation 1099G; A photo ID is required for the taxpayers.
