Free Citizenship Classes

Learn everything you need to know about American history, government and culture to pass the citizenship exam. Flamenco and la Ida y Vuelta (Round Trip)

Location: Broadway
Registration: Not required

Flamenco Latino will present a program of dance and music called “Flamenco and La Ida y Vuelta (Round Trip),” which includes traditional styles from Andalucia such as Sevillanas, Alegrias and Bulerias. The “Ida y Vuelta” genre includes tangos, flamencos and rumba flamenca, significant components of contemporary flamenco. These styles brought syncopation and Caribbean melodies into flamenco.
