Help Your Community Library Win $10,000!

Your neighborhood library is a special place where you feel welcome. It is there for everyone of every age. It provides free access to computers, free classes, free books and materials, free after school programs for children, and free adult education.  Students come for help with school work. Teens and adults like to spend time there. While there are more than 200 wonderful public libraries in NYC, there is something extra-special about yours.

The Charles H. Revson Foundation, in association with WNYC's Brian Lehrer Show, is proud to announce the first annual NYC Neighborhood Library Awards! Your neighborhood library could win $10,000 to honor the critical services it provides to your community. To nominate your library, click here.

Nominations will be accepted from May 20 – July 1, 2013. Online nominations are strongly encouraged; however, paper nominations will be available at your local library. For more information, please visit the Charles H. Revson Foundation website.
