Learn everything you need to know about American history, government, and culture to pass the citizenship exam. Participants must attend the entire 12-class series. Please arrive at 10 am sharp on Tuesday, January 8 to register in person at the Elmhurst Library/ Adult Learning Center (first-come, first-served) or call 718-278-4303 to preregister in advance. Candidates must be green card holders.

Come to an information session with NYCitizenship staff to find out how to apply for U.S. citizenship, and learn about the benefits of becoming a citizen and receiving financial counseling.

Introduction

New Americans Corners is an initiative in partnership with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs. Queens Library’s 62 locations and its 7 Adult Learning Centers are creating dedicated spaces where immigrants can find information and resources to become a U.S. citizen.
