DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Library Literacy Assistant Center Manager is responsible for organizing and monitoring the workflow of the Center.
Maintains records and ABE/ESOL materials collections.
Develops and conducts literacy and ESOL learning groups and implements assessment procedures.
Assists in supervision of literacy tutoring and computer assisted instruction.
Assists in outreach and publicity campaigns.
Performs other duties as required.
The schedule for this position will include Saturdays and evenings as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field required, Master’s in TESOL or related field preferred.
At least 2 years full-time professional experience in adult education required.
Some supervisory experience and strong organizational skills required.
