Sign up to get FREE help with electronic filing. If your income is under $60,000 per year then you qualify to receive assistance from New York State Tax Department volunteers. Volunteers will be available to provide FREE guidance to taxpayers who are electronically preparing and filing their own personal income tax returns. Sign up at Queens Library @ Sunnyside. Volunteers will be available that speak English and Spanish.

Diabetes: A Self-Management Workshop

The Resource Center of the New York City Department for the Aging presents a six-part workshop on diabetes self-management. At each 2 1/2 hour weekly session, trained volunteer leaders will show you how to set goals and make a step-by-step plan to improve your health and life. Elder Law, Estate Planning, Trusts and Asset Protection

Noted elder-law and estate-planning attorneys will present strategies and consult with you on aspects of elder law, powers of attorney, estate and disability planning, and long-term care.
