Instructor Aqueelah Ligonde provides a total-body workout that addresses muscle strength and endurance while keeping the heart rate up to burn calories and strengthen the cardiorespiratory system. Be sure to bring a towel and bottle of water. Space is limited. Participation is first come, first served.
