Description:
A council based on a membership of synagogues and other Jewish organizations which is also open to individual memberships. Services include employment assistance, information and referral, citizenship preparation, ESOL, weekend Kosher Meals on Wheels for the homebound elderly, and counseling. Other services include cultural and educational programming, and a food pantry for the poor.
