Description:ACT delivers a full range of mental health services to patients with serious mental illness both on site and through a mobile service center. ACT is designed to serve people whose needs have not been met through traditional clinical treament programs. ACT uses an onsite team of doctors, nurses, social workers, and peer counselors.

Admission Requirements/Documents:Referral by New York City Office of Mental Health.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Accepts Medicaid but also provides Free services
