The Recognition and Prevention (RAP) Program is a research clinic providing assessment and services for adolescents and young adults in the New York City and Long Island areas. The RAP Program is located on the campus of The Zucker Hillside Hospital which is part of the North Shore-LIJ Health System. The RAP Program offices are in Glen Oaks, NY which is on the border of Queens and Nassau Counties.

Eligibility Requirements:

Adolescents and Young Adults 12-25 and their parents.
