Description:The Psychiatric Clinic is the only psychiatric service in the United States specifically for people who are blind or visually impaired. The clinic specializes in helping individuals and their caregivers, who are have problems adjusting to vision loss, along with anxiety and depression. Programs include crisis intervention, individual therapy, case management and specialty support groups. The clinic is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health.
Hours:Mon-Fri; 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
