This NYC Parks recreation facility has a Computer Resource Center (CRC) for all ages with free computer access and education. A city funded CRC usually has classes and specialized workshops, high-speed Internet access and industry-standard professional and educational software. Centers also have afterschool programs and RECYouth, which trains both afterschool youth and teens in digital video and audio production through hands-on exposure to technology and arts instruction.
