Description:

This clinic is primarily for children under 17 years of age. It is also open on Saturdays for working parents from 8 am - 1 pm. 24/7 translation services available. Volunteer opportunities available but need to apply through the Elmhurst Hospital Center volunteer office at (718) 334-5175/5172.

Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Thurs 8:30 am - 7:00 pm. For adult immunization, Tues, Wed, Thurs, 8:30 - 2 pm.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Free for adult immunizations; insurance for other services, financial counseling available.
