This program provides services to older adults, including telephone reassurance (friendly, supportive phone calls to homebound elderly living alone), information/referral and assistance, transportation, and meals-on-wheels. Senior center activities provided are: congregate lunch, home delivered meals, transportation, case assistance, senior center-educational and recreational activities, trips (day and overnight) and volunteer opportunities.

New York City residents aged 60 and over are eligible.
Medicare card or proof of age eligibility.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Suggested contribution: $1.50 for lunch, $0.75 each way for transportation.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheel chair ramp at entrance; single floor; special restroom facilities; grab bars in restrooms; lowered telephones.
