Description:

Adult Day Center provides adults with memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer’s with the opportunity to both socialize and participate in meaningful, enjoyable activities. Our professional staff creates a caring, safe, and stimulating environment, with a structured daily program that not only helps participants remain active in the community, but also offers respite to family and caregivers.

Mon.-Fri., 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Eligibility Requirements:

Age 55 and over with cognitive impairments, memory loss and dementia.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicare co-pay; Medicaid; private insurance; sliding-scale fees; private pay.
Access for People with Disabilities:Single floor; special restroom facilities; grab bars in restrooms; special elevators.
