We offer each client a personalized plan that includes services such as functional life skills, psychological services, occupational and physical therapy, as well as music, recreation and adaptive physical education.
Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Visually impaired; aged 21 and over; emotional and behavorial problems; diagnosis of mental illness. Staff members conduct complete assessment and evaluation to determine eligibility.
Referral by medical and mental health professionals, schools, hospitals, day programs, families or companions; self-referral.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicaid.
