Intensive psychiatric rehabilitation services for people with mental illness and substance abuse problems. Help clients get job ready, prepare for independent living and school; assist with housing and benefits; groups and individual counseling; urine drug screens; carefare; lunch.


Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm, Thursday: 9:00am-6:00pm

Eligibility Requirements:

Medicaid eligible; adults 18 and over.

3 day intake process. / psychosocial, psychiatric evaluation and med

Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicaid; sliding-scale fees; private insurance might pay for service.
Access for People with Disabilities:Single floor; extra wide doors; special restroom facilities; grab bars in restrooms; special elevator control buttons.
