Description:The Boehm clinic is designed to "respond to the special needs of persons who are developmentally delayed or disabled and their families". Services are: screenings, evaluations, referrals and therapeutic services. Specialized Services are also provided including speech therapy, individual and group counseling, nutritional guidance, personal care, behavior management, personal safety, psycho-education services, socialization, support for independent living, in-house support, and entitlement assistance.

Hours:Monday-Wednesday, Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm, Thursday: 9:00am-10:00pm
Eligibility Requirements:Developmentally disabled
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicare assignment; Medicaid; private insurance; sliding-scale fees.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheel chair ramp at entrance; wheel chair ramp(s) internally; multiple floors; special restroom facilities.
