Elegibility is for senior ages 62 + over. Independent living. Seniors active in daily living, limited to some activities due to age & becoming frail. Social Services provided which include advocacy, referrals, entitlements, crisis intervention, etc. Property office also in Building.

Open 7 days/24 hours. (No staff Saturday & Sunday).

Age 62 years and over

Admission Requirements/Documents:

Application required / All proof of residency, income, etc.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Subsidizied Housing Section 8 under HUD.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheel chair ramp(s) internally; multiple floors; doors that open both directions (in & out); arrangement of furniture; grab bars in restrooms; special elevator control buttons; flashing emergency lights.
