Description:The Osborne Association offers former prisoners opportunities for reform and rehabilitation through public education advocacy and alternatives to incarceration. Programs and services provided are: career and educational counseling, job training, and post-employment help.
Hours:Mon.-Fri., 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Eligibility Requirements:Inmates or former inmates, or people in conflict with law.
