Description:

Community Environmental Center provides services to landlords of tenants with low-incomes. The Weatherization Assistance Program is an energy efficiency and conservation program offering services in the following areas (not limited to): heating system replacement or upgrade, insulation, air-loss seal-up work, window repair or replacement, health and safety measures and installation of energy saving light bulbs.
