"The Indochina Sino-American Community Center (ISACC) provides social services and programs to the elderly. Services include referral, translation, employment, and counseling. ISACC offers ESL classes, citizenship preparation classes, and the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) to senior citizens ages 55 and over. Field trips, health care seminars, and many cultural, recreational and inter-generational activities/programs are frequently organized. A scholarship program has been created to meet the needs of ISACC members’ children and grandchildren. ISACC also provides relief services to those who have been affected by 9/11. Relief services include translation, application assistance, case management, employment training, referral services, mental health referrals, informational and educational workshops for the community. Please note that availability of services may be limited to specific locations, populations, or language groups."
