The Schnurmacher Bereavement & Trauma Program offers assistance to children, youth and their families during times of grief and trauma, including family members of suicide victims and parents of murdered children at our Lucille and Martin E. Kantor Bereavement and Trauma Center in Roslyn Heights

Hours:

M-Th, 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m., F, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 24 hour emergency availability.

Eligibility Requirements:

Children and Families.

Admission Requirements/Documents:

Intake assessment or screening.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicaid; private insurance; sliding-scale fees; private pay.
Access for People with Disabilities:Multiple Floors; Special restroom facilities; Flashing emergency lights.
