Description:This is a Social Adult Day Care Program of supervised recreation where people with a medical diagnosis of memory and cognitive impairment can be together in a social environment. Activities include: music, exercise, discussion groups, sports oriented games, word/trivia games, art, and group celebrations of holidays and special events. The program also has caregivers support groups and a hot Kosher lunch program.

Hours:Mon-Fri, 8 am . -5 pm
Eligibility Requirements:The program is open to any individual with a medical diagnosis of early or middle stage memory loss and dementia who is group appropriate for four hours of a social day program.
Fees/Methods of Payment:$40 fee for 5 hour program at Bayside; $30 fee for 4 hour program at Flushing.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheel chair ramp at entrance; Single floor; extra wide doors; Arrangement of displays...for handicapped; Special restroom facilities; Lowered telephones.
