New Glen Oaks is a Glatt Kosher 60 bed facility designed, equipped and staffed to provide maximum personal attention and quality care. Recreational activities are also offered.

Eligibility Requirements:Must meet admission requirements e.g. evidence of Medicare or Medicaid eligibility or having PRI or Screen documents.
Admission Requirements/Documents:Notify social worker. / Patient Retrieve Instrument and screen PRI and Screen.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicare Assignment; Medicare Co-pay; Private Insurance; Private Pay
