Consumers can use the Auto Safety Hotline to report suspected safety defects in vehicles in addition to contacting the dealer or repair shop for diagnosis and repair. Information about motor vehicle safety, child safety seats, vehicle importation and certification, recalls and air bags is also available from this hotline.
