Description:This is a program to assist individuals with disabilities or their families who provide their care, to pay for goods or services not otherwise available. Some examples include: clothing, furniture, respite, recreation, day care, summer camp, diapers, adaptive equipment; therapy related items and non-covered prescription drugs.

Hours:Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm
Eligibility Requirements:Primary diagnosis - Developmental disability.
Fees/Methods of Payment:No fee.
