Description:FIST is a free in-home support and advocacy service to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in accessing financial and medical benefits. A FIST Counselor provides resource information, referrals to other services, education and training, and support and guidance.

Hours:Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 9 am - 5 pm
Eligibility Requirements:Diagnosis of developmental disability. Queens residents. No minimum age.
Fees/Methods of Payment:No Fee.
