Description:Each week, Sunnyside Home Care Project’s home health aides, home attendants, nurses, and other professionals provide more than 52,000 hours of care (help with shopping, cooking, dressing, bathing and personal care, housekeeping, etc.). Home care workers who speak the client's language often can be assigned if the client wishes.

Hours:Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm .
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicare assignment; Medicare co-pay; Medicaid; private insurance; private pay.
