"The Tenant/Landlord Mediation Program concentrates on conflicts that arise out of the tenant/landlord relationship and disputes related to the use and enjoyment of property. We envision ourselves as an alternative to the more expensive and less personally gratifying experiences of increased conflict, and law enforcement or legal intervention."
