St. Mary’s multi-disciplinary team of therapists, medical, and nursing professionals, deliver optimal rehabilitative care for infants, children, and adolescents facing the consequences of trauma, illness, and congenital diseases.
An individualized course of treatment is designed to help each child regain independence and achieve his or her full potential. Rehabilitation may include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with less traditional therapies such as animal-assisted therapy, complementary care, healing arts and therapeutic recreation, augmentative communication/assistive technology, and palliative care, among others.
